Customer & Opportunity Enhancements

These updates save time and make follow-ups more reliable for your sales team.

  • Recently Viewed Customers: The list now automatically prunes to your 10 most recent customers, improving performance and keeping things tidy.
  • Follow-Up Dates by Default: Opportunities now include a follow-up date field displayed up front, helping you track commitments more easily.
  • Hover Tooltips: Quickly see how far ahead or behind you are on follow-ups just by hovering.
  • Quick Add Log Action: Instantly add a log entry from within the opportunity — fewer clicks, faster updates.

Accounting Modernization (Preview)

Our redesigned AR/AP workflows reduce clicks and make accounting tasks easier on any device.

  • Redesigned AR/AP Forms: Entry screens now use collapsible cards and responsive layouts for a cleaner, mobile-friendly experience.
  • Custom Aging Buckets: Define your own receivables ranges (e.g., “May 2025”) in seconds.
  • Cross-Tab Functionality: Open and work on multiple AR/AP records side by side without losing context.
  • Smarter Lookups: New lookup tools for GL accounts, customers, and vendors eliminate the need to memorize codes.

Quality-of-Life Updates

Small improvements that add up to faster workflows and less back-and-forth for your team.

  • Copy-to-Clipboard IDs: AR IDs, CUST IDs, and other identifiers now include a one-click copy button for easier navigation.
  • Quick Actions (Coming Soon): Email invoices, make payments, or generate receipts directly from AR without jumping between screens.
  • Change History & Tax Integration: A refreshed web view of change history is on the roadmap, along with Avalara integration for tax handling.
