BOM & Routing Enhancements

  • Scrap percentages can now be defined at the BOM component level for more accurate MRP and material planning
  • Enhanced routing control allows greater flexibility in how parts are manufactured

Real-Time Work Order Management

  • New work order split feature allows large orders to be broken into smaller, more manageable orders
  • Enhanced work order inquiry (WOQ) provides quick insights into scheduled vs. unscheduled operations
  • New field for recipient work orders documents where subassemblies are being used
