How do alerts get delivered—do people have to be logged into the system to see them?
Alerts deliver through two channels: internal on-screen messages that appear when users log in, and email notifications that reach people whether they’re at their desk, offsite, or mobile. You control which delivery method fits each alert type.
What's the difference between one-time and persistent alerts?
